For Staford School, it was one of the most exciting and memorable days as it was the first parent-student interaction in the school on 30th December 2012. The major thought behind this event was to give a glimpse to the parents as to how Staford School is different and will deliver what it promises. All the parents and students who have already taken admissions were invited to this event along with their friends and family.
The event started with an introductory speech by Mrs. Aarti M. Awasthi, School Coordinator followed with a speech by the school principal Mrs. Purnima Ghoshal. It continued with a dietician conveying information to parents about healthy eating in the growth years of the child and its impact. The dietician demonstrated how to make a dish of healthy snacks for tiffin to the parents.
Art activities for children took place for classes Nursery to 6th. Toddlers also enjoyed Ball pool game while their parents participated in a questionnaire game on how much they know about their ward. It was overwhelming to see the high levels of involvement by parents and students in the activities. The thrill, the excitement and the pleasure of winning were all moments worth watching and enjoying.
The event came to an end with a school tour describing the facilities and infrastructure followed by high tea & snacks and a distribution of gifts for participants.
All together it was a grand event, which left everyone waiting for the next ‘STAFORD MEET’.
