The ‘In house camping’ at Staford School from 19th to 21st May, 2016, aimed at making the children self- reliant, disciplined, organized, responsible and confident individuals, turned out to be a great successful experience.
21 students participated in the camp for two nights and three days stay, during which, various lessons and information about theatre and stage art, etiquettes and table manners, personality development, value education like respecting females and saving environment, camp craft, yoga and meditation were imparted to the students by Mr. Vivek Prajapati, Mr.Ashfaq Hussain, Mr. Ratnakar Sharma, Mr. Anuj Yadav and Mr. Vijay. Fun activities like swimming, cricket matches, dance, bonfire and music added to the excitement of the students during the stay. The children experienced a great pleasure in decorating their tents with handmade flowers and ribbons and living in them for a shortwhile.
The students were served with refreshments and healthy mouth-watering dishes throughout the day at regular intervals and were taken great care of by the incharge of the activity, Ms. Aisha Alvi. The involvement of the students in each of the activities was stupendous. The young Stafordians checked out from the camp on 21st May with fond memories to cherish for a life time and a transformed personality.
