The Clay modeling is a perfect platform for the creative minds of the children to give physical shape to their colourful desires. So to imbibe observation from nature and moulding it out into forms the pre-primary section of Staford School organized the clay modeling competition on 26th July. The tiny tots participated in the competition enthusiastically. The students were allowed to let their imagination flow as they created their own designs using clay-dough. It was gratifying to see the little hands at work stretching their imagination as they sculptured different articles.
Clay modeling is one of the best ways to enable children give form and shape to their imagination and spark creativity. It also helps to develop hand eye coordination.
The main aim of this activity was to enhance their psychomotor skills and colour recognition. Their efforts were applauded by all.
