Independence Day is celebrated with pride and honour and with great homage to all the great fighters and patriots who sacrificed their lives for the freedom of India and made India a better place to live, keeping this in mind the tiny tots of pre-nursery and nursery gave a wonderful dance performance on different patriotic songs. Dressed in tri-colour the students of class KG spread the message of oneness and love for nation in their dance performance. The students of class 1 showcased the spirit of nationality and sacrifices our soldiers make, among the audience in their dance performance on the patriotic song ‘Vande Matram’.
The students of class nursery and 3 came dressed as our respectable patriots and martyrs who made the supreme sacrifice for our country. The students expressed their sentiments and aspirations for the country through English and Hindi speeches.
The message given to the students was that, we just didn’t unfurl the National Flag, we unfurled the freedom of thought & action.
In the celebration, one could witness the national spirit of festivity, gratification, honour and hope for a better future.
Indeed, it was a day of joy, a day to love and respect our country and make it a better place for Indians to live and experience the freedom, peace and unity in diversity.
