Healthy vs Junk food

You are here: Home / Hardoi Road / Healthy vs Junk food

26 Oct 2020

“Eat Healthy and stay healthy” is the punch line of the century! Teaching young ones the concept and importance of healthy food is a challenge but at Staford School, every challenge is an opportunity in itself.

Keeping this in mind, the activity was organized for the students of class 2 on the topic “Healthy vs Junk Food”. The students had brainstorming sessions on the topic, and they prepared beautiful collage on fruits and vegetables, wrote slogans on the chart, and spoke few lines on the topic. The motive behind the activity was to convey that our eating habits directly determine our health. The effect of right and wrong eating habits and the benefits of certain healthy food items were also shared during the activity. Students were motivated to follow a healthy diet for a healthy life with activities that guided them to make the right choice of food. The students were commendable in their efforts.
