Green is the colour which symbolises nature .To mark the importance of this colour, the pre-primary section of Staford School celebrated ‘Green Day’ on Friday 13th July.
The celebration commenced with salad making activity. Children were instructed to make salad with green vegetables like cabbage, cucumber, coriander, lemon etc.
Bubbling with enthusiasm in their astonishing green costumes the little ones actively participated in the activity and created a harmonious and refreshing aura.
The teachers explained the importance of ‘Green Day’ to the tiny tots. The shades of green filled the air with thrill, ecstasy and bliss .It also prompted them to think how the green colour energizes and revitalises our lives. It was indeed reviving and rejuvenating experience for the tiny tots.
