Conversation is an interactive communication. The development of communicational skills and etiquette is an important part of socialization. The students of class 4A had a conversation activity on the topic ‘ speak few lines on Save Water or Save trees’. The activity enhances the knowledge of the students. The students participated actively. They showed a positive response. They made beautiful posters for the activity. The students spoke with full confidence and performed very well. They told about the importance of water or trees.
Water is an essential component of survival. Without an abundance of water, there would be no existence of humanity and animal-kind. It sustains all life worms on Earth, plants, animals, insects, and human beings. With rising levels of pollution, water resources are being depleted rapidly. The entire Earth consists of 71% water, out of which only a small percentage is drinkable freshwater. It is therefore very essential to save water, to save lives.
Trees are like the lungs of the earth. They are the assets that keep the mother earth healthy. Trees play a significant role in our existence. They consume carbon dioxide and provide us with fresh oxygen to breathe. Human beings and herbivores are largely dependent on them as they are the source of food, fruits and vegetables. We get medicines, timber, wood, gum, fibre, rubber, latex, and so many other things from trees. Taking action towards saving trees is not something we would merely do for saving them, but to protect our own lives. Save trees, save lives!
