An interactive class presentation was held for Class IVB on 18th of October, 2016.
The presentation began with the Lord’s Prayer. A skit on Akbar and Birbal was well presented in the Hindi section which focused on quality of brilliance and wittiness possessed and used by Birbal to solve the problem of a common man during Akbar’s period. A skit from English section discussed about the different kinds of nouns and their importance in English language. It was followed by an interactive quiz with the parents and a poetry recitation on “Grandpa dropped his glasses”.
Moving further towards the next presentation, the students displayed a new concept of Roman Numeral System. The students also discussed the use and conversion of Roman Numerals. In Science section, the three states of matter i.e. solid, liquid and gas were taken into account. The students supported the explanation by presenting an experiment with water and ENO. They further presented three different short poems depicting molecular arrangement of solid, liquid and gas.
In Computer presentation, the students highlighted different basic features of ‘Microsoft Word’ along with showing its practical aspect on screen. The Social Science section took into notice the important teachings preached by Lord Buddha. The students through this enactment made everyone aware of the life of Buddha and also highlighted how to inculcate those teachings in our everyday life to solve day-to –day problems. At the end of the presentation, the students recited Lord Buddha’s main slogan-“Buddham sharnam gachhami”.
A short speech by the respected Principal ma’am and the interactive session with the parents marked the end of the presentation.
