Staford School, while being affiliated to CBSE, follows a innovative and modern approach to teaching and learning, making it different from most other schools.
We focus on hands-on, real life learning. By letting our students experience things in life and linking it to the curriculum, we ensure they are able to retain their learning. This method is vastly different from a unidirectional classroom, where teachers try to instruct students. Our method requires a smaller class size, so that our teachers can focus on each students experiences. It requires more resources and time but the impact is that our students are engaged and self-motivated to learn.
As part of our innovative approach, we use technology extensively. We have been using Google’s cloud based apps for several years now, to store and share information. Our campus is wi-fi enabled and our students regularly engage in making presentations etc. The use on latest technology, to enable and enhance learning is always promoted at Staford School.
In addition to focus on learning as per our planned curriculum needs, we remain focused on holistic development of each student. They participate in various activities regularly, that help develop their 21st century skills such creativity, critical thinking, collaboration and communication skills.
The result is that students of Staford are confident and full of self-belief. They have all the skills to face the challenges of life when they graduate from Staford School.
